Scrolls of Bittersweetness are created by the manifested intellect of the Cherubim (AGttB). Creating a Scroll of Bittersweetness can take thousands of years, and involves distilling the magic of prophecy into a tangible object. No words of any kind appear on this scroll, as it is not meant to be read; the scroll is meant to be eaten, digested, and absorbed by its user.

If you eat this scroll you will find that it tastes incredibly sweet, with a flavor similar to that of honey. However, the scroll turns bitter in your stomach. You become poisoned for 24 hours. When the poisoned condition ends, choose one: Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma. This score increases by 2, as does your maximum for that score.
